Recruitment scam - We have been made aware of fake ActionAid positions.

    ActionAid Myanmar is a member of the global ActionAid Federation. It is an ambitious organisation and you will become a key team member working on realisation and enjoyment of rights, with a focus on women’s rights; redistribution of power and resources and resilience of people and communities prioritizing women’s and young people’s leadership and empowerment in the evolving context of Myanmar.  

    As an Advisor you will

    • Build capacity of staff and partners in the area of social cohesion and conflict prevention. 
    • Support ActionAid Myanmar and partners with the development of high-impact advocacy campaigns. 
    • Provide high level technical advisory services to the senior management team including in design and development of new programming through a conflict sensitivity lens. 
    • Identify and synthesizes best practices and lessons learned directly linked to programme policy goals. 
    • Assist the programme lead in helping build strategic alliances and partnerships for peace and development related interventions with government, non-state actors, IFI’s, bilateral and multilateral donors, private sector, donors, UN agencies and civil society. 
    • Support the establishment of advocacy networks at national level and linked to international networks. 
    • Support cross country learning activities and international knowledge creation and curation on conflict engagement.
