As Head of Fundraising you will lead the implementation of our strategy to increase individual giving and philanthropy income, mobilising people and resources across the ActionAid federation to innovate, improve systems and practices, and develop a top performing team and peer network.
To succeed you will be a graduate with extensive experience in managing or leading an individual giving operation within a non-profit organisation. You will have a good understanding of fundraising channels and skills to monitor and assess performance across a broad range of fundraising methods. Your technical skills will be complemented by strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills – making you effective at inspiring, motivating and leading others regardless of location.
