As the HR Advisor you will help deliver a proactive and a customer focused HR support to a large team of managers and staff based in the London office. You will build your expertise across a variety of HR requirements from recruitment, advice on employment law, employee relations, policy development and compliance.
This is a busy and exciting position for an individual with the ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact on all HR matters, including, supporting and coaching managers, issuing contractual paperwork in a timely and accurate manner and managing the payroll process. In addition to this, you will support new joiners with onboarding, and work with the HR team on the delivery of HR projects. Importantly, your role will also ensure that people are aware of our HR policies and can use them in a consistent way that aligns with our values. You must have good knowledge of payroll and HR processes, policies, and best practices.
You will be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification and possess substantial generalist HR experience ideally in the NGO sector. You will be confident and able to work under pressure.
