Last week, the 3rd ActionAid Women’s Forum was held. The stories of change in the lives of the women as a result of the last two forums were amazing, and heart warming. The Country Director pledged to ring-fence the Women Forum budget to ensure that it happens every year. He also committed to work towards improving the working conditions for the women to increase female staff retention!
