Unjust waters - climate change, flooding and the protection of poor urban communities

Downloads

This report uses participatory techniques to investigate the impacts of climate change and urban flooding on populations in six major cities across Africa – Nairobi (Kenya), Kampala (Uganda), Lagos (Nigeria), Accra (Ghana), Freetown (Sierra Leone) and Maputo (Mozambique).  The report uses evidence from these contexts to make recommendations for action to protect urban communities at risk of flooding at international and national levels.
