Highly successful as a Fundraising Manager, are you are looking for a fresh opportunity in a role that you can make your own while influencing the growth of individual giving in a major international NGO?

This is exactly the opportunity we can offer you at ActionAid International. As Individual Giving Lead, you will support the delivery of the global fundraising strategy to increase individual giving income and will take responsibility for the management of a range of global fundraising projects designed to maximise supporter acquisition, retention and engagement globally, including child sponsorship.

As Individual Giving Lead you will manage ActionAid’s dynamic International Child Sponsorship Team, set their strategic direction and build a motivated team that values continuous improvement and innovation. You will encourage collaborative working across the global fundraising community by coordinating a programme of individual giving peer to peer learning and capacity building and sharing of fundraising best practice. You will also drive individual giving innovation based on market insight, promote new fundraising methodologies and develop new systems so we continue to engage with supporters in meaningful and relevant ways.

You must have significant experience as a successful fundraising manager, be able to demonstrate the ability to acquire and manage a base of regular giving supporters to grow individual giving income. You will have proven expertise in various fundraising techniques, including digital. Ideally you will have experience working across global fundraising markets with a strong project management background and experience in developing fundraising strategies and plans. Your technical skills will be complemented by strong communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills and you will be effective at inspiring, motivating and leading others.
