Coordinate, facilitate and support the learning experience design and coordinated delivery of Federation-focused Capacity Development programs delivered primarily by countries and the DK units; in the areas of:
- HRBA Program design, M&E, Learning and Impact,
- IPs thematic program priorities;
- Feminist Leadership and Women’s Leadership Development;
- Leadership Development Programs – SLDP, MMLDP & e-Leadership Development
- GS Staff Learning and Development Programs.
You will also interfaces with DK teams and Head of Programme Quality and Learning to support the implementation of DK-GS projects and Cooperation Agreements with each of the teams doing federation-focused capacity development, learning and knowledge development and sharing work. The teams are TCDC, People4Change, Global Platforms, Training Support Unit and the Digital and Cross-learning and knowledge team. Working with other internal stakeholders, the role will support and help take forward the discussions on the TCDC future working relationship/role in AAI. The role will also contribute to the federation development of a holistic learning and knowledge architecture and approach through the Programme Quality and Learning Functional Network and Communities of Interest.
You must have a relevant degree qualification social science or OD or L&D higher level qualification, or substantial experience of working on learning and development and/or capacity development in an international NGO environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to inform and engage through written communication and be proficient in another language relevant to the context/ region is desirable.
